THMGLaser（以下简称"本软件"）由深圳腾辉美光科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"或"腾辉美光"）开发及运营，这是一款为您提供腾辉美光激光雕刻机（以下简称"产品"）相关服务的应用程序。腾辉美光非常重视您个人信息和隐私的保护，我们将严格遵守法律法规，为您提供更加安全、可靠的服务。

（1）联网权限：通过本地网络/Wi-Fi/蓝牙与产品硬件建立通信，完成设备发现、状态同步、任务下发与进度回传。
（2）图片权限：在您主动选择或拍摄图片后，读取本地相册/相机中的图像文件，用于生成雕刻图案并预览雕刻效果；若您拒绝授权，将无法使用"从相册导入"或"拍照导入"功能，但可通过本软件内置图库继续使用基础雕刻功能。
除上述场景外，本软件不会主动采集任何个人身份信息（如姓名、手机号、地址）。若未来业务需要扩展收集范围，我们将再次征得您的明示同意。
您可随时在手机系统设置中关闭上述授权，但可能导致对应功能不可用。
本软件获得的数据均储存在您的本地设备中，卸载软件即自动删除，我们不会主动将其上传至任何互联网服务器；仅在您点击"开始雕刻"时，将经本地设备处理后的数据流通过本地网络/Wi-Fi/蓝牙连接，以点对点方式直传输至您的产品。
我们不会向任何第三方共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息，但以下情形除外：
我们的产品、网站和服务主要面向成人。未成年人（未满18岁）请在家长或法定监护人（以下简称"监护人"）陪同下阅读并决定是否使用本软件；我们不会在明知的情况下收集未成年人个人信息。
为了使您的个人信息免受未经授权的访问、滥用、披露或更改，腾辉美光将利用合理和适当的物理、技术和管理程序，以保证我们收集和处理的信息安全。然而，请注意，尽管我们采取了合理的措施来保护您的信息，但没有任何网站、网络传播、计算机系统或无线连接是完全安全的。
腾辉美光不对下列相关事宜的发生承担任何法律责任：
（1）非因腾辉美光导致的您个人信息的泄露。

6.1 本政策适用中华人民共和国法律（不含港、澳、台）。
6.2 您同意接受本政策约束后，您与腾辉美光因本政策所产生之任何争议，双方应先行友好协商解决，协商解决不成的，任一方均有权将纠纷或争议提交至深圳仲裁委员会。
如果本政策的任何条款整体或部分被任何有管辖权的法院或法庭宣告不合法或不可执行，该条款应当可分离并独立于此协议的其他条款，在该法院或法庭的管辖范围内可将该条款视为无效，但所有其他条款和整个政策的效力不受到影响。
随着我们向软件添加新功能和服务、法律变更以及隐私和安全实践的更新，我们可能会不时修改本隐私政策。
但在您接受本政策后，在任何情况下，未经您明确和知情同意，我们都不会减少您在本隐私政策下的权利。如果我们更新了本政策，我们将在您运行本软件时给您提供审阅并接受新政策的机会。

您购买的激光雕刻机设备可能带有不同品牌标签，但本软件仅服务于腾辉美光官方销售渠道的设备。如您通过非官方渠道购买，我们可能无法提供完整的技术支持。

THMGLaser (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") is developed and operated by Shenzhen Tenghui Meiguang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Tenghui Meiguang"). This application provides services related to Tenghui Meiguang laser engraving machines (hereinafter referred to as "the Product"). Tenghui Meiguang attaches great importance to the protection of your personal information and privacy. We will strictly comply with laws and regulations to provide you with safer and more reliable services.
By reading this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy"), you can understand in detail how we collect and use your personal information and related purposes, so that you can better understand our services and make appropriate choices. If you do not understand or accept the content of this Policy, please do not access, use, or browse the Software, and do not provide any personal information to the Software.
To achieve core functions, we will collect and use your personal information only for the following purposes:
(1) Network Permission: Establish communication with product hardware through local network/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth to complete device discovery, status synchronization, task dispatching, and progress feedback.
(2) Photo Permission: After you actively select or take photos, read image files from local album/camera to generate engraving patterns and preview engraving effects; if you refuse authorization, you will not be able to use the "Import from Album" or "Take Photo" functions, but you can continue to use basic engraving functions through the built-in gallery of this Software.
Except for the above scenarios, this Software will not actively collect any personal identification information (such as name, phone number, address). If future business needs require expanding the collection scope, we will seek your explicit consent again.
You can turn off the above authorizations at any time in the mobile system settings, but this may cause corresponding functions to be unavailable.
Data obtained by this Software is stored on your local device and will be automatically deleted when the Software is uninstalled. We will not actively upload it to any Internet server; only when you click "Start Engraving" will the data stream processed by the local device be transmitted directly to your product through local network/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connection in a point-to-point manner.
We will not share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information to any third party, except in the following circumstances:
Our products, websites, and services are mainly intended for adults. Minors (under 18 years old) should read and decide whether to use this Software accompanied by parents or legal guardians (hereinafter referred to as "Guardians"); we will not collect personal information from minors knowingly.
In order to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or alteration, Tenghui Meiguang will use reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures to ensure the security of the information we collect and process. However, please note that although we have taken reasonable measures to protect your information, no website, network transmission, computer system, or wireless connection is completely secure.
Tenghui Meiguang shall not bear any legal responsibility for the following matters:
(1) Leakage of your personal information not caused by Tenghui Meiguang.

(3) Any consequences caused by force majeure events such as hacker attacks, virus intrusion, or government control.
6.1 This Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan).
6.2 After you agree to be bound by this Policy, any dispute between you and Tenghui Meiguang arising from this Policy shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute or controversy to Shenzhen Arbitration Commission.
If any provision of this Policy is declared illegal or unenforceable in whole or in part by any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be separable and independent of the other provisions of this agreement, and shall be deemed invalid within the jurisdiction of such court or tribunal, but the validity of all other provisions and the entire Policy shall not be affected.
As we add new features and services to the Software, laws change, and privacy and security practices are updated, we may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time.
However, after you accept this Policy, we will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit and informed consent under any circumstances. If we update this Policy, we will provide you with the opportunity to review and accept the new policy when you run the Software.

This Software is developed by Tenghui Meiguang entrusting a third-party technical team, and the software copyright belongs to Tenghui Meiguang. The operation of this Software and user data processing activities are independently responsible by Tenghui Meiguang.
The laser engraving machine equipment you purchase may carry different brand labels, but this Software only serves equipment from Tenghui Meiguang's official sales channels. If you purchase through unofficial channels, we may not be able to provide complete technical support.
